ElevenLabs Voices

Procedure

1. Set the ElevenLabs key.
2. Go to Settings -> Sync voices from ElevenLabs.
3. In the guide / onboarding, choose a Voice ID from the list (name · ID).
4. The voice is saved to the account and assigned to workspace agents.

Pending

A preset with status pending is not offered in the selection. Until sync returns a real ID, TTS will not run reliably.

• Account default agent_voice
• AI agent version (voice_id -> VoicePreset)
• Lab preview and live calls
