Only phone calls are counted, rounded up to full minutes. Lab usage does not consume included minutes.
Credit Top-Ups
The packages are cheaper than paying the overage rate of 8.90 CZK/min:

Credits are consumed only after the plan allowance and do not expire at the end of the billing period. Top-ups require an active subscription (Stripe Checkout).
Blocking
Without an active/trialing subscription, or after minutes are exhausted, Voxo rejects phone calls. Buy more credit or upgrade the plan.
