Outbound queues call leads based on a scenario/agent, time window, and budget.

Setup

1. Prepare the agent + scenario.
2. Upload or create leads with outbound consent.
3. Set the time window and limits.
4. Launch the campaign - the dialer respects SIP, subscription, minutes, and the daily spend limit.

Compliance

• Only leads with consent_outbound
• Respect do_not_call
• Start with a small batch test

Without an active subscription / minutes, dialing stops.
