First Lab Test

The lab launches an AI call through your browser microphone, with no SIP and no consumption of phone minutes.

Prerequisites

• [ ] BYOK: OpenAI + ElevenLabs
• [ ] Synced voice assigned to the agent
• [ ] Scenario + published / draft agent
• [ ] Agent worker is running (see status in Settings)
• [ ] Browser has microphone permission

Procedure

1. Open the Testing Lab (/app/lab).
2. Select an agent and voice.
3. Start the call and say a short sentence in Czech.
4. Watch the transcript and latency.
5. Adjust the prompt / knowledge and repeat.

What to Tune Before Phone Calls

• Permission / opening question
• Objections and handover
• Field extraction (name, interest, callback)
• Response length and speaking pace

TIP

Do not enable allow_production_calls until the lab makes sense.
