Workspace Onboarding

After your first sign-in, Voxo walks you through two phases:

1. Onboarding - company, language, optional voice and SIP, and the first scenario.
2. Readiness guide (/app/setup) - a checklist of required steps.

Required Steps for SaaS

• Company and language
• OpenAI + ElevenLabs keys (BYOK)
• Voice from ElevenLabs sync, not the old Mirek/Skorec presets
• At least one scenario and one agent (the demo can be deleted)

Skipping

Both onboarding and the guide can be skipped with “Continue to app”. The lab will only work after you add keys; the phone mode only after SIP + subscription.

Recommended Order

1. Save company details and language.
2. In Settings, add API keys and sync voices.
3. In the guide, choose a Voice ID.
4. Edit the demo scenario / agent, or create your own.
5. Run the first lab.
