Tutorial: Cold Call in 30 Minutes

Goal: get a working outbound qualification flow in the lab.

Minute 0-5: Account and Keys

1. Sign in to /app.
2. In Settings, add OpenAI + ElevenLabs.
3. Sync voices and select a Voice ID in the guide.

Minute 5-15: Scenario

In Scenarios, edit or create:

• Intro + permission (“Do you have a minute?”)
• Qualification questions (interest, budget, timing)
• Callback / ending
• Required fields: interest, callback_time

Minute 15-25: Agent

• Greeting in Czech, short
• System prompt: qualification, not aggressive selling
• Connect scenario + voice + 3-5 knowledge items (objections like “I don't have time”, pricing)

Minute 25-30: Lab

1. Lab -> start the call.
2. Say: “I don't have time right now.”
3. Verify that the agent offers a callback instead of pushing further.
4. Save your prompt edits.
